Full course description
Conda is a package manager and is a tool that automates the process of installing, updating, and removing packages. Open source Miniconda is essentially an installer for an empty environment, containing only Conda and its dependencies, so that you can install what you need from scratch. On shared systems, such as a High Performance Computing (HPC) system, custom software environments are beneficial to individual research workflows.
